MY MACARONS ARE OVER 2” BIG, THEY AREN’T THE AVERAGE 1” SIZE. THEY’RE 2” TO 2-1/4” ON AVERAGE.

ORDER AMOUNTS: 4-dozen personal orders to large 100-DOZEN corporate orders. Orders can be color matched to theme. Keep in mind everything is made by hand & I match as closely as possible.

ORDER NOTICE: A MINIMUM 2-week notice is required for all orders & a 4-week notice for orders over 50 dozen. All orders are accepted on a first come first serve basis so it’s never too early to order! Most book around a month ahead. Weddings usually book up to a year in advance. If you need a rush order, please email me first with the date & amount, I will let you know if I can fit you on my schedule with a 25% total order rush fee added to your total. 24-hour rush orders can be done sometimes.

DEPOSITS: For all WEDDING orders a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to the secure the date for your event & the remaining balance must be paid in full at least one month before the delivery date. No payment means no order. Invoices will have a due date, if not paid by that date the order will be canceled. Deposits are non-refundable. There are NO refunds for canceled weddings. I will send a contract for all weddings so you are fully aware of this. Only a credit to use within 1-year will be given.

EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER IN BATCHES OF 2-DOZEN MACARONS. I can’t make multiple shades of a color/design for a single dozen of macarons since they are made in batches of 2-DOZEN.

I DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTS, besides my buy 10 dozen get 1 dozen free deal, which is more than generous. It is offensive to ask that of small businesses.

If you want to pickup instead, I have a meetup/pickup location in Brighton by Platte Valley Hospital (enter "pickup" & your desired time frame). If you'd like to meet somewhere, a delivery fee will still be applied.

Quantity? (how many dozens), What Flavors? (ONE FLAVOR PER TWO DOZEN minimum) Custom Printing or Designs? (text your images to me) Color Palette? (I'll match as closely as possible) All shells are made in batches of 2-dozen. Fillings are made in batches of 2-dozen or 4-dozen.

Please use commas. (ex. 4-dozen order pick 2 flavors & 2 colors. 6-dozen order pick 3 flavors & 3 colors. 8-dozen order pick 4 flavors & 4 colors.. & so on)

Individually Bagged or Unbagged Macarons

(individually bagged is recommended for freshness), remember to bring your macarons to room temp before eating, this can take around 1-2 hours sitting on the counter. Freshly filled macarons are crunchy, after 24-hours they become chewy, after a few days they become really soft. I fill 24-hours before your pickup/delivery time.

NO refunds or additional discounts are offered. NO refunds for canceled events, a credit will be given. Once macarons are picked up or delivered by me, I am no longer responsible for what happens to them; knocking over a tower, leaving them to melt in a hot car, not refridgerating them overnight, etc.
